I am sorry but I do not currently have enough room in my diary to take on this kind of work.
Unforeseen complications are very rare, especially in a correctly installed stove with liner. Any unforeseen complications that might arise that cause the sweep to take longer than 45 minutes may have to be finished on another date. If this happens, the full fee will be charged and additional costs discussed. If I have time to deal with unforeseen issues on the day, £50 per additional 30 minutes will be charged.
Key collection is charged at £25.
Please note, that as a professionally trained sweep, I am obliged to inform you of any issues that I deem dangerous and how to remedy them. Your certificate will state any problems that I may find, and as such, may not be accepted by your insurer until any suggested work is completed. Please ensure you have a Carbon Monoxide alarm fitted, as I will not deem any appliance safe without one.
